• No purchase is necessary to join the Roger’s Gardens Preferred Customer Program.
• Rewards (points) are earned from both in-store and online merchandise purchases. 1 point is $1.
• Rewards are applied in one-dollar increments (rounded up), with a minimum purchase of $100 during any earnings period.
• Preferred Customer Rewards are only accepted in-store at Roger’s Gardens, 2301 San Joaquin Hills Road, Corona del Mar, CA 92625.
• Reward are earned on product purchases only. Gift card purchases, delivery and shipping fees, labor charges, ticket sales, Farmhouse dining, charitable donations, sales tax and other non-merchandise purchases do not apply toward Preferred Customer Rewards.
• Past purchases cannot be retroactively applied toward Preferred Customer Rewards.
• Customers are notified of their Preferred Customer Rewards Points at the beginning of each month via email only. Unsubscribed or blocked Preferred Customers will not be notified.
• Preferred Customer Rewards are invalid after expiration. No exceptions.
• Inactive accounts which have had no sales activity for 12 months may be terminated.
• Preferred Customer Rewards are adjusted for all returned merchandise.
• Preferred Customer Rewards are non-transferrable and for the exclusive use of the registered Preferred customer.
• Roger’s Gardens reserves the right to change the Preferred Customer Rewards program rules, terms and conditions and limitations, or to cancel the program, entirely at any time without prior notification.
